  • Q: Can you hold a place before I apply?

    A: No, all tenants must fill out application and be approved prior to securing the property.
  • Q: Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?

    A: We hold 1 month’s rent for security deposit. Security Deposit is due when Lease is signed. Rent equal to one month’s rent. First month’s rent is due at/before move-in.
  • Q: How old do you have to be to apply?

    A: Applicants must be at least 18 years of age.
  • Q: Is the deposit refundable?

    A: Security Deposit are refundable upon expiration of lease and final inspection of Property.
  • Q: Who needs a cosigner?

    A: Tenants that do not quality on their own may be able to use a cosigner.
  • Q: You have a property I want to rent. How do I apply?

    A: Tenants can apply online at our website or can apply in person.
  • Q: How do I pay rent?

    A: Tenants can pay rent online or at the office with check or money order.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: Call the office and speak with Property Manager prior to getting the pet.
  • Q: I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?

    A: Call office and speak with Property Manager.
  • Q: My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?

    A: Notify the office in writing 60 days prior to lease expiration.
  • Q: Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?

    A: Generally the owners, unless the repairs are due to Tenant’s negligence.
