If this is a life threatening emergency call 911 immediately.

Important

Repair or damage caused by your negligence or misuse is your responsibility. In such cases, repairs will be made, but you will be charged for the cost of the labor and materials. Damages or plumbing stoppages caused by your negligence or misuse will be paid by you. If you are having a water issue, please turn water off and contact the office immediately.

Release of Key

Keys are not to be released to contractors. You will need to be available to let contractor in, if you are not available, please call the office. There is a $75.00 charge for us coming out to let them in the house.

Lost Key

In the case of losing a property key, please call the office and we will make arrangements for a new key. There is a $25.00 charge for the replacement key.
