    A: Tenants can pay online, or by check or money order at the office.

    A: Lease terms are generally 1 year unless otherwise stated.

    A: One (1) month’s rent is required.

    A: Providing the property is ready, we start immediately.

    A: Owner have full access to reports through the owner portal 24/7.
